  2. How unbelievers and the faithless stumble at the Gospel (Rom. 10:13; 9:32; 1 Pet. 2:8)

IV. Extension of the Gospel

  1. In the New Testament time – “to the Jews first, and also to the Greek” (Rom. 1:16)
  2. To all – “whosoever will” (Rev. 22:17; Jn. 6:37; 1:11; Jn. 8:24)

V. Earnest promise of God to all recipients of the Gospel (Romans 1:17)
